Over the weekend we were down in Sherman Island outside of San Fran, we had a bit of wind and got to ride and shoot a little but it never seemed to be it’s usual conditions that the local were telling us about.
On the way back up to the Gorge we took the 101 up the coast, the drive was great but unfortunately the weather was bad and there was no wind so we headed all the way back.
Here in the Gorge the wind is in, we had a good session yesterday on the 7m, nice to do some mega loops again, also some sliders are on their way out to the sand bar so the next few days and weekend should be fun.
Unfortunately our plan to hit some rails after the SSS never came about, the wind just didn’t come, it was still fun just chilling with the guys but a shame we never rode.
Now I am over in the Gorge with Ruben after a harsh bit of traveling, I decided to cruise with him for the next couple of weeks so I think our plan is to head down to San Fran area over the weekend and then trip up the coast on a photo shoot on the way back to the Gorge.
Should be fun, will let you know how it goes.
Once the event finished most people took off but we decided to stay a few more days and hit the rails some more.
I hope at some point we get around to riding, there is only a few of us now so the level will go up quick as we will be hitting the obstacle every run.
If we get some wind, which will hopefully happen today, we plan to gap the A-Frame with out the middle section, should be fun.
The Triple-S is now over, the conditions have been good and everyone seems to have had a great time.
Yesterday there was a slick session and then some guys hit the waves later on, in the evening they held the voting and awards for the final results.
I won the Slick (freestyle) and came 3rd over all in the event so I was well happy with that, I would have liked to have done better in the sliders but I had well good fun riding them and got some sick photo’s and video’s so I’m stoked.
The level this year was really high and it was good fun to see everyone pushing it. See the video Session Report 3

The last couple of days have been well good once again, we got to hit the sliders up in the slick both switch and regular. I have been powered on my 9m both days and have had so much fun on the water.
Not sure if it will happen today but hopefully we will get some more wind soon.
