Realy realy nice Aaron is the kite even faster then the 2008 model?
Because when I loop my kite it seems a bit slower.
Yeah the new kites are quicker, this is a 5.5 on short lines so it’s super quick.
This year you can also get away with big loops on the 7 and 9 (standard lines)

Its the same as the 08.

Sorry, that’s not my department, I don’t know much about it.
I think this year they might be cheaper than last although I’m not 100%. I was told they will be a more competitive price up against other brands this time around, so maybe they will.

I would say that a 9 and 13 would be perfect, obviously it depends where you kite and what season.
If I could only take 2 I would choose a 7 and 11 but I am only 75kg’s.
will the lines by heavier than the 550lb from last year dude? Bar the same as 08? HP leash that came with it was short and lame also ditch the CL swivel for a larger loop! Dope kites, cant wait for the 09′s! sweet loops the 5.5 looks like its workin great!

yeah man, no doubt ruben goes huge, we are always out together in these mental winds and I have seen some monster loops that never got recorded.
You got to remember he is on longer lines and has a bigger kite in his movies, I’m sure the whip is the same on my kites, it’s just a different type.
I think the angle is pretty harsh on my video to see the distance but if you look at where i take off, at least on the last one, it’s not like I land close to that point.

Hi mate! Nice Video. Idem Ruben, your kite loops are masive!! Please tell your brand don´t forget south america, Y tried to buy teh HP in argentina but was imposibble, never arrived. I think (and a lot of guys here) that the HP is the best C in the market!!
Very very nice video and big megaloop. With 18 meters of lines that must be so powerfull. ANd could you explain please the real difference between the new kite and the 08 because I have the 08 and I can’t find a disadvantage.

Hi Aaron I’ve just got into kitesurfing, all the guys down my local spot keep telling me that blowing your kite up with your mouth is normal even though they use a proper pump. Do you think it could have anything to do with my double D’s/

quick question, i read somewhere that ruben was meant to be in that vid andy gordon made of u last yr too but he got injured. U gonna try again this yr? Coz i reckon a massive megaloop session off u2 with him filmin/editting could be the sickest thing kitins ever seen!!

This year the kite has way more performance, I notice how much quicker I ride just by switching kites. This helps for better pop and better KiteLoops and is because of the 6 struts and change in aerofoil.
Also it is quicker to turn, more direct, has inflatable wingtips for better relaunch, basically it’s the next step on.
The 08 Ferrari or Mclaren F1 is an incredible car but it wouldn’t compete in an 09 race.

Hey man,
I think the kite would be perfect for you, yes they are a powerful kite but that is what you need if you are learning the handle passes, if you can backmobe then you are more than capable of using my kite, you should get much more pop than a vegas.
This year there is also a 5.5 that has been added mainly for young groms.
Keep ripping and practice hard.

Yeah Re:volve was supposed to be with me and Ruben, i would have been great but he folded his ankle on the first day of shooting.
Doubt it will be happening anytime soon but maybe in the future, it’s something we have talked about.
I agree, it would be one of the sickest movies if we have the right conditions.
