PKRA Mexico
Today was the single elimination of the first event of the season.
I had a great day and was stoked with my riding.
I got to the final to face Kevin and thought I had a blinder, I came off the beach so happy and though I had it in the bag, I got loads of moves, combos on the first few runs with a couple of tricks on each tack, got a KL 5, a few grabs - blind and wrapped with pop-outs, a couple of switch moves, also had a front mobe - blind and at the end a back mobe - wrapped with a pop-out and blind-judge 3 grab into KL HP which was practically the only thing I didn’t land.
Unfortunately I ended up in 2nd, it was a huge let down after thinking I had really won, most times I saw Kev he didn’t land clean or crashed but maybe I didn’t see some of the other stuff.
I guess that’s how it goes, Hopefully I can pull through in the doubles.
this is not how it goes, I find myself questioning thoroughly where the term “Blind Judge” actually came from.
What happened today was unacceptable. It has changed my views on the pkra. innovation, variation, pop outs style has no longer any benefit.
The decision was disgraceful. Too all the kiters that entered today. I will be dubbed as Bias towards you as I am english etc but I have seen you lose before and accepted it fine. Kevin can ride well I credit him for getting to the final as he deservedly did.
The result today was more shocking then tevez missing from 4 yards.

Hey aaron , i read that u got 2nd in Mexico , thats sucks, keep going dude !! u are going to get another 1st place this year, also i wanna tell you that there is another beach in Mexico that the wind blows better and is around 4 hours drive from cancun, the season begins on feb and stops untill between october and november, and blows avrg 19 knots right now im kitting there and we had 30 knots last week!! so we hope see u soon over here again
