It’s been epic out here! I have had 4 sessions so far with 3 on a 9m and one on an 11m.
After a early start from the UK and a long flight I landed in POP and took a cab to my apartment on Bozo Beach Cabarete, I practically went straight out and had a sail before it got too late, it was so nice to be back in board shorts again, it is actually so hot that I was sweating as I was riding.
I’ve managed to pull some decent moves since I have been here and finally have the Blind Judge 5 air pass down (Backside 313 - blind but with a aerial pass before landing).
Also so far I have been nailing Front mobe 5’s, Back mobe 7’s and came close to the Slim 7. I have also been trying to do everything switch, I feel that my kiting is really improving lately.
The wind has been predictable every day, I’m feeling pretty confident with my riding at the moment so lets hope it stays for a another few days and then through out the competition.
