BKSA Hunstanton
This weekend I took a trip up to the 3rd Round of the British along with Lewis and Neal, we also met Lance Nunn up there who completed the diamond at the event.
The forecast looked like there might be some lights winds and didn’t look too promising but it was always going to be fun.
The weekend had crazy weather with everything between hot sunshine and mega thunderstorms.
On the Friday there was no wind until the evening, the tide was high at the main event site in Hunstanton so it was moved around the corner to a place that could handle it.
I went out on my 11 and was totally lit but I had a good session and managed to nail some decent moves.
On the Saturday there was a bit of wind and they managed to finish the Pro’s, the wind was really up and down along with sunshine and thunderstorms of immense rain.
On the Sunday everyone chilled out waiting for prize giving, there was no wind so we played some guitar hero, listened to some tunes, did the awards and headed back down to the south coast.
The next day I was up early and off to the airport to head to Cabarete, where I am now, it has perfect winds at the moment so I will let you know how the sessions turn out.
