El Yaque and Videos
Yesterday I had a pretty fun day out in front of the Hotel, El Yaque Club. I though it was going to be worst but it actually tuned out to be good fun.
I had a pretty good session, I managed to get a pretty good ‘Front Mobe 5′ which is this but with an extra 180 airpass on the way down.
Also I passed the bar on a ‘Backside 315′, which is this, but again with another 180 airpass on the way down. So, I was pretty stoked on that! ![]()
Also Ruben was having a bit of a rest so he was good enough to film the session. Out on El Yaque beach the wind is pretty gusty and the water is choppy, which it makes it quite hard to land your tricks, but it is great fro the spectators and I think it is going to be good to see once the event moves over here.
So today is registration for the event and tomorrow is the first day, that will be held in Coche, I’m looking forward to that, can’t wait for the event to start!
Also check out the interview video below, I think it’s pretty interesting, please let me know what you think.
Right, I’ll let you know how it goes tomorrow.
Ltrssss

Good luck, Aaron! We know you’re gonna kick some ass. It seems like you are pushing the sport big time and I know that’s what people want to see.
The interview was great. I can relate, but not to such complicated tricks. Some times I can visualize a trick and then go out and nail it. But now that the tricks get more and more complex it takes a lot longer. Funny how after you nail something a few times it becomes “easy.” It’s crazy to think it took so long to get, but once you have a trick it feels so awesome! Keep rockin’ and all the best in Coche! Cheers from San Francisco!

Plus we’ve got two more videos about Aaron’s thoughts on kites coming up shortly.
Ok we all know that you are pretty good, but who do you think will pose the greatest threat to you repeating last years result in Venezuela? How about Zoon, Lenten, Langere or will it be flatwater pirates such as Onieva Portas and Meira?
So good luck with the competition, I hope that the final will be a kickass big-kiteloop showdown between you and Lenten, duel style, hehe
Hey Bobby,
Thanks for the support,
Great that you can relate to the interview.
It is sick when you finally know that you can land a trick everytime.
Cheers man,
Aaron.

Hey Bob,
I always thought it would be either Kevin, Yuri or Ruben, but also never new if somebody else would pop out of no where.
Well no body did, and you were write in your first sentence, right now here in Venezuela, Kevin is 2nd, Ruben 3rd and Yuri 4th.
Thanks man.
Aaron.
Good job! Your site is great!
